An outstanding artist, Omari Swanston – Jeffers is an upcoming Writer-Director currently working on the exciting film London Noir. An already published writer with an in depth knowledge of literature, Omari has spent the last three years undertaking a degree in Creative Writing. Studying poetry, prose and everything in the middle, it is screenwriting where this young man shines. A rookie to the film, industry Omari has spunk, drive and passion. However, his experience is far from small, his film history represents both sides of the camera ranging from running to modelling. Throughout his three years in London, Omari has worked as a production runner gaining first-hand knowledge to the secrets of the industry; he has starred in front of the camera, working as a model-extra-dancer. He has directed two shorts ‘The IT Guys’ and ‘The Hustle’ and has also worked as a producer with The National Youth Film Academy on the mystical short ‘Flora’.   

 

Now Omari is embarking on the next great chapter of his art. Ol’ Man Swanny Productions --the name a tribute to his greatest inspiration Arnold Swanston- his Grandfather. A star in the making Omari Swanston – Jeffers is a force to be reckoned with.
